Having struggled with foreign food for 18 months in the Antipodes back in the late '70s I know have to have Milo and various other products shipped in to Blighty. Oh yes - I have a butcher in the Gers who vacuum packs and airmails goose livers for the home-made foie gras. We get regular deliveries of biltong from RSA, Martha's Maple Syrup from Vermont..............

Actually, looking more closely - Malden Sea Salt? Exhaustive tests here in the City have concluded that Dishwasher Salt at a tenth the price is just as good.

Maldon Sea Salt is a pantry essential. Saved from aquisition by unsalted minds a few years ago, it's still produced in leaning wooden sheds by very traditional methods. I should think.

Maldon Sea Salt pressed into service for curing bacon packed into wooden boxes fashioned from fine Victorian Pitch Pine floor boards ripped out of St Peter's Oundle about 10 years ago.

I'll stick to my dishwasher salt - 65p a kilo. Just had some on some excellent 100% pork sausages.
