Rather reassuringly, all the shops in the local town shut for three hours at lunchtime. Some of them even leave their wares outside on the pavement, while the owner locks up and tootles off for three courses, half a bottle of wine and a decent snooze.

At my home in Californis ups leave packages (laptop etc) on step for all to see for quite long perioda....rather different from where I am writing now.
Blimey! Those orchids are hardly cut price at 2000 euros.....
Can't see anything I'd like to nick really. That pedestal might be useful to stand on now and then.
You'd have a hell of a view Peter. Looks high. Health and Safety would be worried.
